I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Le Crystal, and I must say, it truly felt like a home away from home. The staff made our experience special with thoughtful touches, like a surprise for my daughter's birthday. While the facilities were impressive, a few minor issues, like room service food temperature, took away from the overall experience. However, the really good service more than compensated for these small shortcomings.
